These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Prelto mobile application ("the app") provided by Prelto ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Prelto is a voice note app that records audio, transcribes it using speech-to-text technology, and processes the transcript into structured notes using AI. Notes are stored locally on your device.
Prelto offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid Pro subscription with higher limits. The Pro subscription is billed monthly.
Your voice recordings and notes are your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you create with the app. Notes are stored locally on your device and are not backed up to our servers.
Audio recordings are sent to third-party services for transcription and processing in real time. We do not store your audio or transcripts on our servers after processing is complete. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions or AI-generated notes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content produced by the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prelto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
