How do I delete a note?

Open the note, tap the three-dot menu in the top right, and select Delete.

Can I use Prelto offline?

Yes. You can record voice notes without an internet connection. Prelto will process them automatically when you're back online.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view or cancel.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes all locally stored notes and audio. To delete server-side data (device ID and usage records), email us at support@prelto.com.
